Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom Software & Engineering Nature

At WebSolverCafe, all web development, mobile application builds, and AI automation solutions are bespoke digital services crafted through intensive engineering hours. We operate with full transparency through structured milestones to ensure complete client alignment at every stage.

2. Milestone-Based Project Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of an ongoing project under the following conditions:

• Discovery Phase: If a client requests cancellation before architectural wireframes or coding sprints have commenced, a full refund less applicable administrative and banking transaction fees will be issued.
• Active Milestone in Progress: If cancellation occurs during an ongoing milestone sprint, fees corresponding to completed labor hours and deliverables up to the date of written notice will be calculated. Any unused deposit balance will be refunded.
• Completed & Approved Milestones: Payments made for milestones that have been reviewed, demonstrated, and formally approved by the client are strictly non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following costs incurred on behalf of the client are strictly non-refundable:

• Third-party domain registrations, SSL certificates, and cloud server hosting fees.
• Third-party commercial software licenses, plugins, fonts, and stock digital assets purchased specifically for the project.
• Third-party API consumption credits (such as OpenAI, Twilio, Google Maps, AWS).

4. Refund Processing & Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 7 to 10 business days following formal written mutual confirmation. Refunds will be credited back exclusively to the original payment source (bank transfer, credit/debit card, or payment gateway) used during transaction.
